I had met other realtors and until I met Chris and Tim, via a referral, it was that I knew that they were going to help me find a house. They were very supportive and we looked at many houses. During the closing, there was a significant issue, that was certainly not their fault, however, they stepped up and assisted me until it was resolved. they were very present and involved during the whole transaction and remain involved if and when I need them.
